Whether you are commissioning provision for a learner, making a referral, or looking for support for your child, we would rather have a conversation than take a form submission. Email or call us and you will speak to someone who knows the answer.

Where to find us

Delivery venue

The Kirkley Centre
Community Action Suffolk
154 London Road South
Lowestoft
NR33 0AZ

Face-to-face sessions run here by arrangement. Please do not attend without a booked appointment, as sessions are timetabled around individual learners and the building is shared.

Registered office

STEMRAN Limited
16 New Inchinnan Road
Paisley
PA3 2PP

Our correspondence address for contracts, formal notices and written data protection requests. This is not a teaching venue.

Working with us elsewhere in the UK

We work in partnership with local community venues across the United Kingdom to deliver provision close to the learners we support, alongside online delivery. If you are commissioning outside Suffolk, get in touch and we will talk through what is workable in your area.

What to include when you get in touch

You do not need any of this to contact us, but it helps us give you a useful answer first time rather than asking a round of questions.

Schools and local authorities

  • The learner’s year group and current registration status
  • Subjects and hours you are looking to commission
  • Outcomes you need the provision to work towards
  • Whether delivery is online, face to face, or either
  • When you need provision to start

Please do not send detailed personal information about a learner in a first email. We will agree a secure route with you before anything identifiable is shared.

Parents and carers

  • What you are looking for help with
  • Your child’s age or year group
  • Whether a school or local authority is already involved
  • Roughly when and how often you would want sessions

If we are not the right fit, we will say so and point you somewhere that is.

Complaints

If something has gone wrong, tell us directly at info@stemran.co.uk and we will look into it. We would always rather hear about a problem early than find out about it later.
